Sinmerma is a Mac app. Drag photos or videos onto WhatsApp from wherever they already are, and choose: Document, in original quality, or Media, compressed as usual. No menus, no hunting for the file.
Try it free: 20 sends in original quality, no card. Then US$4.99 for a lifetime license. For macOS 14 or later.
To send the original, WhatsApp makes you go through + › Document and find the photo folder by folder, even when it's already open in the Finder. With Sinmerma, you drag it from right there.
And again for every photo you send.
1gesture
Drag the photo from wherever it is and drop it on Document.
Same with several photos or videos at once.
Three steps, without changing how you use WhatsApp.
From the Finder, drag photos or videos onto the WhatsApp window, as always.
Two zones appear over WhatsApp. Drop on Document to send the original, or on Media to send it compressed.
Sinmerma attaches the files to the open chat. You check them and press send.
Want WhatsApp to get them as usual? Hold ⌥ Option while you drag.
These are the two ways WhatsApp sends a photo. With Sinmerma you choose every time. Rather do it by hand? This guide shows how.
