Terms and refunds

Sinmerma is a Mac app by PLEYX S.A.S (Colombia). By downloading it or buying a license, you accept these terms.

Free trial

You can try Sinmerma with 20 free sends as Document, in original quality, with no time limit and without giving any personal details or a card. Each time you drop files on Document counts as one send, even if there are several files. When they run out, you need a license to keep sending as Document. Media keeps working without a license.

The license

• It costs US$4.99 as a one-time payment, with no subscription, and it is for life: it doesn’t expire. Taxes depend on your country.
• It is personal, and you can activate it on up to 3 Macs at the same time. To use it on another Mac, deactivate it on one of them from within Sinmerma.
• Sinmerma checks the license over the internet. If more than 30 days go by without it being able to check the license, it stops offering Document until you connect and the license is checked.
• It includes the Sinmerma updates we release. If we ever launch a new paid version, we will let you know beforehand, and the version you have will keep working.
• You may not resell it, share the key publicly or modify the app to bypass the license.

Payment

Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the seller to you and issues your receipt. Your license key is emailed to you when you complete your purchase.

Refunds

If Sinmerma doesn’t work for you, email us at soporte@sinmerma.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund your money. Once refunded, the license stops working.

WhatsApp

Sinmerma is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta. It works with the WhatsApp for Mac app, which can change at any time. If a change to WhatsApp affects Sinmerma, we will release an update as soon as possible.

Liability

Sinmerma never sends messages for you: you are always the one who reviews and clicks send. Sinmerma is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the license.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without affecting the rights that the consumer protection laws of your country give you.
